Marketing & Advertising trends change almost on a daily basis, and as an advertiser it’s sometimes tricky understanding the trends. Cinegraphs started to appear online a couple years back, made popular by a Fashion Photographer at NYC Fashion Week, and now platforms will soon allow you to use them in advertising.
A Cinegraph is unique, like if a GIF had a child with a Photo, it combines the still aspects of a photograph with small moving bits of a video, creating something truly unique and eye catching.
Flixel, a popular IOS APP manufacturer has released PRO versions of its Cinegraph App, allowing you to more easily manipulate your videos to create stunning Cinegraphs. This App takes the work out of using Photoshop to create them, saving time and allowing those with minimal creative experience to make them. How will this change the industry? Are Cinegraphs even here to stay?
